We have been appointed by three different NHS organisations in the North West to design and produce significant reports.
Working with The Walton Centre Foundation Trust, the North West Specialised Commissioning Group and the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the agency has been tasked with an annual report, a patient facing publication and a report to be submitted to government.
For the Walton Centre, Lake produced the Patient Experience Strategy Report which outlined the trust’s approach and commitment to patients. The agency is currently producing the Lancashire Teaching Hospital’s annual review and Lorraine Kelly, the Trust’s Communications and PR Manager, commented, “Lake has certainly impressed me and our senior team – we think that this report is the best thing we’ve ever produced and that’s high praise indeed!”
Lake has also been appointed to produce the annual report for the NHS North West Specialised Commissioning Group, for the fourth year running.
Barry Glinister, MD of Lake, comments: “These wins are as a result of more than ten years experience working with the NHS across the North West and show how we have continued to adapt to the ever changing needs of the NHS. We have managed to deliver creative solutions for each of these reports and in each case worked within tight budgetary controls.”
During the last ten years, Lake has worked with more than twenty different NHS organisations in the North West, in addition to completing projects on a national basis for the Department of Health.
