b'RECIPE RECIPE PREPARATIONINGREDIENTSPlace Craigmillar Extra Moist Plain 1000g Craigmillar ExtraCake Mix in a bowl fitted with a beater Moist Plain Cake Mix. as per packaging instructions.350g egg.300g oil. Add the egg and half of the water then mixover 1 minute on first speed. Scrape down.280g water. Mix for 3 minutes on second speed. Add oiland remaining water over 1 minute on first speed. Scrape down. Mix for 3 minutes on second speed. Scale at 100g into prepared 20cm/8in square tin. Bake at 190C (375F)for approximately 30 minutes. DECORATION DECORATION PREPARATIONINGREDIENTS Turn the cakes out and cut intoCraigmillar Crembel squares approx. 4cm x 4cm.Fudge Icing. Decorations as required. Place 100g of the Crembel in a piping bag and allow it to slightly firm up in the fridge and pipe a blob in the centre of each square on the top. Leave to set in the fridge for 20 minutes.Melt the Craigmillar Crembel FudgeIcing at 45C.Pour on each square until covered with Crembel, then carefully set onto a cooling rack with parchment underneath to catch the drips.Leave the Crembel to set, but do not put it in the fridge as the icing will lose its shine. Decorate as desired.5'
